Due to a mixup with the Drivers License people, and the Post Office, which neither accepts responsibility for, I had to go get a new license today. So much for that pretty bright look I had planned!
I built this up in thin layers of eyeshadow, buffing the edges with a fluffy brush in between coats, to mimic the blending of airbrush makeup. I prefer harsher contours on my face, and a sharper eyeliner line, but i think this works for what it is.

The driver’s license thing kind of sucks. It’s pretty sad that neither group will claim responsibility.
Love how simple/elegant this is.

I know, right? The DMV people are like “WEll its not OUR problem, its a problem with teh post office. We won’t reprint unless you come in to reapply” The mail people are like “Wha??? We’ve been bringing your mail there for MONTHS. Its obviously THEIR problem just chew them out and make them reprint it for you!”
A few hours of calls, 3-5 customer service people, adn one temper tantrum later, i STILL have to go in to redo it.
And then the people THERE repeat teh same thing?!?! Dude. At this point, i don’t CARE whose fault it is. I just want a valid ID!
I’m curious to see how the picture came out. It looks nice on teh temp one, but thats in black and white. I do think I like this better than the muted coral look I did for it last time. I think i did a better job blending and contouring.
