Vibrant pastel, using Cargo’s Los Angeles palette

So, I really like how this came out.  A real review on the Los Angeles palette will be coming soon(ish), but I wanted to do at least one look using ONLY the colors on the palette, to evaluate how they work together. The only “gimme” color I used, breaking from that, is my highlight color.   I can’t do shimmery highlights.   I do want to try it again with a better primer. Mines feeling dried and  wasn’t holding as well as it ought.

Urban Decay Primer Potion-I think mines getting dried out.  It didn’t seem to hold as well as usual for this.  So if you’re replicating the look-use a MAC paintpot instead.

Cargo Los Angeles Blue-outer corner, outer lower lashline

Cargo Los Angeles Aqua-next to outer corner

Cargo los angeles Pale Yellow-inner corner, inner lower lashline

Cargo Los Angeles Purple-crease, lightly blending upwards. DON”T touch eye at outer corner.

MAC Vanilla-highlight, blend over top edge of crease to soften

Benefit Bad Gal mascara

Buxom Lashliner in Blue Velvet-line and smudge upper lashline, lower waterline

MUFE cream blush #5. Nip Slip

LORAC Perfectly Lit-highlight

Urban Decay Lip Stain in Envious-do 2-3 coats, drying in between, for vibrant color!

Fyrinnae Lip Lustre in Shangri La-apply over top to even out color and take away the nasty itchy stain feeling.
