Review: MAC Lipglass in Explicit

This is an odd color, but I’ve developed a strong love of it!

Explicit is a mauve lip glass with a frosty gray sheen.  It looks pretty bare, for cool toned smoky eyes, or as a highlight on deeper lipcolors.

MAC Lipglass is a pretty sturdy formula-a little sticky, so it gets decent wear, but not glue-your-lips-together strong.

They have a nice variety of colors, but this one is just so unique in the cool, gray notes.  I was a little shocked to see it in the tube, becuase it almost has that separated look that REALLY old glittery glosses get.  Never fear, it applies well and easily though!

This has already moved to be a staple in my collection because it isn’t “just” a nude lipgloss, or a shiny lipgloss for highlights.  The tones really accent different things in different situations.  I love it!
