Sugarpill Barbie Girl

SWEET! Enter massive sugar craving.  This pink makes me hungry.

I have to admit, this is cuter in person.  All of the shimmery colors don’t photograph well, and the overcast day sucked the life out of the rhinestones.  I opted for heavier liner rather than false lashes, since my good adhesive is dead, and the stuff for the rhinestones refuses to support a band of false lashes.  Curse you sephora lash glue!

Still, there’s something almost insufferably feminine about these dainty pastels.  It’s a change, right?

Thanks. It’s prettier in the full-face shots where you can kind of see the gold sheen to the non-sugarpill colors. It worked out well. And I’m more than a little in love with birthday girl as a blush color. Just a TEENY amount is the perfect pink flush.

I think it takes a certain type of confidence to wear bright makeup in public, but it IS great for an instant self-esteem boost. Practice makes perfect!

I love really flamboyantly girly looks like this, so they’re the most fun to share! Let me know how it turns out!
