twilight(eyes only)

Eh, it’s sloppy. My hands are VERY sore and shaky.  The camera didn’t really capture the shimmer, so it looks flatter than it did in person.

Sugarpill Lumi-inner corner over royal sugar

Sugarpill Afterparty-pat over seam between Lumi and Royal Sugar

Sugarpill Poison Plum-crease

Sugarpill tako-highlight, blend over top 2/3 of Poison Plum to soften it a LOT. This may take layering, adn cleaning your brush in between blendings.

I’m amazed you can do such pretty looks with sore hands!

It’s stubbornness. I can hardly hold a brush, but I got 3 EOTD’s applied, photographed, and edited. I’m typing up tonights review post, and a few discussions and tutorials for posting sometime in the next few weeks. The worse I feel, the more useful I make myself be. It’s a vicious cycle.

Really like it, though should have maybe blended the two blues more in the middle. Awesomely done, and with sore and shaky hands at that! 🙂

That’s what I mentioned about the shimmer not photographing as strongly. Afterparty over Royal Sugar left just a shimmer, so you can really only see a particular highlight of it, rather than the full space it was blended.

This is DEFINITELY not a look I would plan for a special occasion or photo shoot, because of that. The glossy highlight gave it an interesting depth in person, though!

Ok. Too bad about it not showing up as strongly in the photo, would have loved to see “more” of it. Blue and green are my favourite colours when it comes to makeup 🙂

    Really lovely.

Yeah, I think I’ll eventually start doing video, because I think that even being able to move and turn in the light would help give a MUCH better sense of the shimmer and blending for these sorts of looks. They’re stunning in person, but the shimmer always creates odd highlights, or patchy color when I try to photograph it.
